Liberal Greek billionaire George Soros donates a ton of cash to Obama's presidential campaign. Then in 09 Obama finances a deep water drilling project for Petrobas which is Brazilian oil company. Yes the same Obama who lost Americans jobs because of his moritorium on deep drilling. Now guess who the biggest shareholder in Petrobas is? Yep, George Soros. So before you Obama lovers start bashing Rove and the Republicans, educate yourself to the thief you blindly follow and here is the proof! http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052970203863204574346610120524166.html

So, you think it's okay for foreign money to influence our elections here because you believe Obama has taken foreign money?
by delusionteabaggers October 11, 2010 6:56 PM EDT
Hey uninformed larry, the fox political network parrot, George Soros is a Hungarian-American currency speculator, stock investor, businessman, philanthropist, and liberal political activist, and is known for donating large sums of money in an effort to defeat george bush's bid for re-election in 2004. He said he would sacrifice his entire fortune to defeat president bush, "if someone guaranteed it." Just because glenn beck told you that soros donated "a ton of cssh to Obama's presidential campaign," certainly doesn't make it true -- just more fox political network propaganda that you cannot prove!

But we know who he is. My problem with the others is 'What or why are you hiding.

by SoCalSuperSage October 11, 2010 5:38 PM EDT------"I wrote a big check to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce today.." ############################################################################ Sure you did, but breaking your piggy bank and cashing-in all those pennies hardly is someone else's thought of a "big check." Besides, why not just write another $5.69 check directly to KKKarl rove's 'crossroads' PAC, because your "big check" probably got lost with the multi-millions being funneled into the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's political arm.

Lies are told on TV and in print and sponsored by some simple named organization with no address and and no listed donors. Where do the millions come from?? Why the BIG secret? Why insist on secrecy? Who are these people lurking in the shadows? What is their agenda for America?? Corporations were not the "inalienable" right of free speech by their Creators. corporations are created, not by God, but by States like Delaware and New York. They have no more "right' to free speech in politics a Turnpike Authority. Something has gone badly wrong here. Blame it on Bush!

Same goes for the unions, moveon.org and every other political contributer, no matter which side they contribute to.

On 'Face the Nation' yesterday morning, host Bob Schieffer grilled both White House advisor David Axelrod and GOP strategist Ed Gillespie on the millions of dollars being secretly funneled by Wall Street and the oil industry to defeat Democratic candidates this November, and particularly the role of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Gillespie, along with Karl Rove, is the mastermind behind American Crossroads, a group tied to the Chamber which also funnels corporate money into attack ads. The Chamber solicits funds from foreign corporations -- including state-owned oil companies -- that go into the same general account that funds their $75 million electioneering campaign. There is no outside oversight of the Chamber's money flow.

Why is it that when Bill Clinton got millions of dollars in contributions from Communist China and other foreign sources nothing was ever said??? Now the shoe is on the other foot and the Dems are crying a river!!!!!
by thesevenveils October 11, 2010 6:15 PM EDT
Here is how it is working. Here is what Rove is not admitting to: Foreign donations are accepted by the non-profit organizations Rove is involved with. These donations are used to cover the operating costs of the organizations. American dollars given to these organization are then completely available to be spent towards GOP campaigns because the foreign donations are covering overhead expenses.

What Middle Eastern oil magnet paid you to post here?

Ahh, nothing like reporting without doing any work. This group said X, that group said Y. Why not ask a question? "Where does MoveOn.org's PAC get it's money". Is this a case of pure hypocrisy?

Yeah, like Obama and the Dems haven't taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from overseas contributors? BP gave Obama over $700K all by themselves. And he had several hundred thousand come in from Palestine. The guy sullies the office of the U.S. President. But that's the Dems, not happy unless they are knee deep in mud, like big ol' hogs in slop. Will be glad to be rid of them. Everything Obama does is bas-ackwards and wrong-facing - his plan for the economy that killed it, his plan for jobs, his plan for health care, his plan cap and tax. This dirty politics. All going to bring him down. What a maroon.

Finally the Republicans get a little of their own medicine. Time to give them a double dose now.
